PCSC members will provide a BBQ lunch. The field will be open at 9 am for obedience for anyone that wishes to train on our field. After the meeting, everyone is welcome to use our field for protection. There will be no field fees.

Some of the preliminary agenda topics:
1. Regional Officer’s reports.
2. Timing of Regional Meeting?  Should the Regional Meeting be conducted as part of the Regional Championship? i.e. Dinner & meeting Saturday night of Regional Championship weekend.
3. A Regional training seminar? Discussion of plans, ideas, suggestions, etc.
4. Club to host 2012 Regional Schutzhund Championship.
Two clubs have already expressed interest in hosting the Regionals this year. I believe this should be something the Region votes on at the Regional meeting. Interested parties can prepare a brief presentation showing pictures of proposed venue and experience hosting trials and then let the clubs decide. If any other clubs are interested in hosting the Regionals this year, please contact me by Saturday, March 10.
5. Club to host 2012 Regional Breedshow. No clubs have yet contacted me in this regard.
6. If your club has an idea to discuss, please feel free to add agenda items by emailing regional Secretary, Peggy Hintz: phintz@hints.com The cutoff for adding agenda items is Saturday, March 10.
